For reservations of 10 guests or more, Novotel Siam Square reserves the right to collect a deposit of 30% of the total amount to confirm the booking. If there are changes in the number of guests, the remaining balance can be settled directly with the hotel on the day of service.

Restaurants have the right to request a deposit from customers. Failure to pay a deposit may be subject to a booking cancellation.
