I had such a great time at O.BBa Jjajang. The pork collar was so juicy and had this amazing smoky flavor. We didn't even need to dip any sauce. I also got the flying fish roe over rice, and wow, the little pops of saltiness with the rice paired well together. The jajangmyeon hit the spot too—total comfort food that was a great combination with the grilled meat. Kimchi pancake was perfectly crispy on the outside with a good kick of spice as well! The portions were really generous, and we had to takeaway some of the food. The vibe was welcoming, and the staff was great. We left completely stuffed and happy. I'm definitely going back, and if you're looking for legit Korean BBQ, this place is worth checking out!
