The Copper buffet was excellent and the staff were very friendly. But what I found surprising was that there were no sale of beers and wines which would have paired very well with all the high quality food served. Also surprising was that there was no coffee available, only tea was available. Hope this can be looked into and improved. Thank you. Best regards, Michael
